Cancellation and Refund

Defective/Incorrect Items: Customers must report any issues with their order within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, contact customer support with order details and evidence of the defect or error.
Returns: Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
